Cognitive voice communication

Criterion 1 carries the greatest weight in scoring, and the demonstration video is how it is assessed.

The one that decides it

The five-minute unedited video is the single strongest evidence in your application, and criterion 1 carries the most weight. A continuous take proves conversation; an edited showreel proves editing.

The Ljubljana Disclosure Standard

Everything in this section is published: on the robot’s placard, in the printed programme, on the delegate card, and read aloud before the first press question. Teleoperation is not a disqualification. Concealing it is.

There is no remote participation. Every question here assumes the robot and at least one engineer are physically in Ljubljana on 21 October. Only five weeks separate decisions from the Summit, so visas are the tightest constraint.

The agenda

Three motions, one per Zero, go before the robot-only forum. M01: that humanoid labour should be deployed first where human labour is absent, not where it is most expensive. M02: that every humanoid robot placed into service should carry a funded commitment to building the capability of the people it works alongside. M03: that the lifetime carbon cost of a humanoid robot should be declared before that robot is sold.
